1. Products & Availability
   We do our best to keep all information accurate, but product availability, pricing, and specifications may change without notice.

2. Orders & Payments
   Orders are confirmed once full payment is received. We reserve the right to cancel or refund any order if there’s an error in pricing or stock.

3. Shipping
   We use third-party freight providers for delivery. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on location. Please ensure your address is accessible for large freight deliveries.

4. Returns & Refunds
   Due to the size and nature of stock tanks, returns and refunds are limited. 

5. Damage in Transit
   Any damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll work with you to offer a partial refund, discount, or replacement where appropriate.

6. Use of Products
   Our tanks are designed for various uses including livestock watering and plunge pools. Always check with your local council or authority for compliance and safety requirements.

7. Liability
   StockTanks.com.au is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.

8. Privacy
   We respect your privacy. Your personal details are used only for order processing and customer support.

9. Governing Law
   These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
